Mobile App & Self Checkout
Insignia Library System has a mobile app for patrons and librarians to conveniently search for items, check-out items, place reserves, and view their account information. Staff can use the app to check items in or out and conduct inventory. Self check-out can also be enabled through an on site device.
Print Management
With local and mobile printing options, patrons can print a variety of file types from library computers, mobile devices, or remotely. Administrators can select automatic print release or staff- mediated release, and can set pricing for a variety of print types. Insignia’s print manager works seamlessly with our ILS so patrons an clients can be charged for print jobs.
